We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

At Dualitea, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our beverages, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us at info@drinkdualitea.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will review your request and work with you to make it right.
